Grainger Appleyard is very proud to announce that each of our Family Law Solicitors have been formally accredited by the Law Society for their expertise.

Accreditation to a Panel means that a Solicitor will have shown, to the satisfaction of the Law Society, that they have and will maintain a high level of knowledge, skills, experience and practice in the area of family law.

Christopher Borrowdale is a Partner and heads up the family law department. Chris qualified as a Solicitor in November 1990 and has been a member of the Law Society Children’s Panel since August 2000. The Children’s Panel includes highly skilled lawyers who are experienced in representing children and adults in public law care proceedings under the Children Act 1989 and the Adoption and Children Act 2002. Chris has a wealth of experience in representing parties in difficult and complex proceedings involving Social Services.

David Marsh qualified as a Solicitor in June 2006.  In October 2016 David also became an accredited member of the Law Society Children’s Panel, reflecting his high standard of knowledge and skills in representing parties in care proceedings.
