Expanding Criminal Department

We are pleased to welcome Solicitor, Jamie Ratcliffe to our Criminal Defence Team.

Jamie will be working closely with our existing team members in our Criminal Defence Team based at our Doncaster Office to deal with the ever increasing demand for specialist knowledge and experience in all matters of Criminal Law.

Jamie has spent the last 12 years practicing Criminal Law in Nottinghamshire before moving to Doncaster for a new challenge.   He has been a regular attender at the Police Stations and Magistrates’ Courts across the East Midlands and Yorkshire for many years, honing his skills in all aspects of the field such as:

• Defending clients in the Police Station whether it be following their arrest or their voluntary attendance
• Representing clients appearing in the Magistrates’ Court either in custody or on bail
• Defending Youths at the Police Station and in Court
• Advising and assisting clients in relation to Proceeds of Crime applications and enforcement of those orders.
• Defending Anti-Social Behaviour Orders
• Advising on and preparing cases that are being dealt with in the Crown Court
• Judicial Review
