Lisa qualified as a solicitor in 2018. Her own main areas of work involve all aspects of private client, commercial and conveyancing.
Lisa is head of, and supervises, the residential conveyancing department..
Lisa is regularly involved with commercial and residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sale and purchases by individuals, companies and Self-Invested Personal Pensions. Lisa also deals with remortgages, gifts, transfers of equity, overage agreements, options, release of covenants and easements and adverse possession applications.
Alongside this Lisa advises on administering deceased estates, wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning and deals with the preparation and registration of lasting powers of attorney and court of protection applications.
Lisa works full-time from our Doncaster office.
