Bagging and Sealing Machines

Norpak's semi-automatic Bagging and Seal System comprises a Euro Bag Loader, Auto Impulse Sealer and Uplift Conveyor and operates as a simple off-line independent packaging system, or end of line as the final part of a factory production line.

Either Cast Polypropylene or Polythene bags, produced in wicketted or blockheaded form can be filled and sealed, resulting in trim sealed transit and/or point of sale packs.

The Sealer is electro-pneumatically operated and incorporates full safety features via light curtain protection and automatic cycle interruption. Completed packs are returned to working height by the Uplift Conveyor, with the additional facility of label application taking place as shown via one of our 150 series label applicators.
