We offer a Fixed Fee Service to prepare and register Lasting Power of Attorneys so there are no nasty surprises about costs at any time (fees shown are inclusive of VAT):

Please note that if you would like us to register your LPA, there is also a fee payable to the Office of the Public Guardian (currently £110).  However, this fee may be reduced to £55 if your gross annual income is less than £12,000, or may be waived entirely if you are in receipt of certain means-tested benefits.
