Emma Tomlinson

Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and has been working in our residential conveyancing and wills and probate team ever since.
Emma has a degree in Law and Criminology from the University of Sheffield and continued at the university to complete the Legal Practice Course. Emma did seats in probate, residential property and litigation. She has quickly gained experience in her areas of practice and has taken advantage of the firms' involvement with Will Aid, both as a trainee and when qualified to draft many wills and advise on estates. Prior to and since qualifying Emma has dealt with many property transactions including new build properties, both freehold and leasehold properties and remortgages.
Emma is supervised by John Grainger who has over 30 years' experience in private client and conveyancing.
Emma works full-time from our Tickhill office.
